Tickets are available for purchase online or onsite at the IMAX box office and Museum welcome desk. The Wachovia IMAX Theatre does not sell tickets by phone. Advance ticket purchase is recommended as show times may sell out. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Youth under the age of one (1) who do not require their own seats for IMAX films are free of charge and do not require tickets. Any child under the age of one (1) who is admitted free of charge to a sold-out show must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian.
The IMAX box office is open daily one hour before the first show time until 30 minutes after the last show time of the day. IMAX tickets may also be purchased on site at the Marbles Kids Museum Welcome Desk, Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm.
Field Trips & Group Pricing
Group rates and special programs are available. For field trips to IMAX, all documentary films offer a 45-minute Learning Lab to enhance students' learning experience. Taught by talented and engaging museum educators, Learning Labs are designed for grades 4–8.
Group rates are not applicable for feature films until two weeks after the film begins.

Wachovia Employee IMAX Benefit
Wachovia employees, with proof of employment, receive buy-one-get-one-free tickets to all documentary films at the Wachovia IMAX Theatre @ Marbles Kids Museum.
Tickets must be purchased at the IMAX box office or the museum's welcome desk. Accepted proof of Wachovia employment is an employee badge or business card.
IMAX Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy
The Wachovia IMAX Theatre @ Marbles Kids Museum does not offer refunds or exchanges of IMAX tickets.
Tickets are non-transferable. This policy includes IMAX tickets purchased through Group Sales as well as individual tickets purchased on-site and tickets purchased online.
BEFORE purchasing your tickets and confirming your order, we urge you to verify the title, date and time of the movie that you wish to see.
These policies enable the Wachovia IMAX Theatre @ Marbles Kids Museum to guarantee seats in advance. At the time your order is placed, the IMAX Theatre will remove the number of tickets that you purchase from our theatre's inventory, reducing the number of seats available for that chosen show. While this allows us to provide our customers with the benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents the IMAX Theatre from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen show date.
NOTE: Marbles discourages the use of debit/check cards for online purchases because an authorization hold (in addition to the charge amount) may be placed on your account for up to seven days.
