Ticket Information
Prepare yourself for a totally immersive experience. Tickets are available for purchase online or onsite at the IMAX box office and museum welcome desk. The Wells Fargo IMAX Theatre does not sell tickets by phone. Advance ticket purchase is recommended as show times may sell out. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Add admission to Marbles Kids Museum to any IMAX ticket purchase for $3 per ticket.
The IMAX box office is open daily one hour before the first show time until 30 minutes after the last show time of the day begins. IMAX tickets may also be purchased on site at the Marbles Kids Museum Welcome Desk, Tuesday–Sunday 9:00am–5:00pm.
As of January 1, 2014, new NC law requires sales tax on admission fees, including IMAX tickets.
*Children under the age of one (1) who do not require their own seats for IMAX films are free of charge and do not require tickets. Any child under the age of one (1) who is admitted free of charge to a sold-out show must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian.

‡Group rates are not applicable for IMAX feature films until two weeks after the film opens.

Gift cards are available for purchase online, at the IMAX Theatre concessions stand, IMAX Theatre box office, museum welcome desk and Marbles Corner Store for a minimum of $10.
